All-CIAA champion …former tight end with the Dallas Cowboys

Jimmy LEE, Norfolk State
He was a four-time CIAA champion from 1964-1968. Lee, who wrestled at 177 lbs, lost just one match in four years and helped put the Spartans program on the map while becoming the school’s first wrestling All-American in 1968.

All-SWAC football star at Grambling  State …he won an  American Football League championship with the San Diego Chargers. Ladd later became a marquee professional wrestler.

Davis was an NCAA Division II All-American in 1981, 1982, 1983 and 1984. He was named the Div. II Championship Outstanding Wrestler in 1983 and 1984.
