The Maroon Tigers won their second consecutive SIAC Men’s Commissioner’s Cup Award. They were tops in cross-country, basketball, and indoor and outdoor track and field. Under Hall of Fame athletic director Harold Ellis, the back-to-back honor reflects the consistency of a department that performed at a championship level. Morehouse won the cup with 48 points earned throughout the year.
