Founders: Former Grambling Quarterbacks- JAMES “SHACK” HARRIS and NFL Super Bowl MVP DOUG WILLIAMS

The Black College Football Hall of Fame was established by two former Grambling  football greats James “Shack” Harris and Super Bowl MVP Doug Williams to honor the greatest football players, coaches and contributors from Historically Black College & Universities.
